PCL has over 20 years experience in the Groundwork and Civil Engineering industry, we are a dynamic company with knowledge and experience of motorway, highway and site based projects. We always provide a safe, reliable and proficient service to all of our clients regardless of the size or cost of the contract involved. We are a Nottingham based Company, but are able to provide Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Maintenance to a diverse range of customers throughout the Midlands and beyond.

With the experience and knowledge needed to do so we offer tailored solutions to clients, which are designed to meet all current regulations, the business has fully qualified staff helping us to complete projects on time and to budget.

PCL has a growing network of clients, located not only in Nottingham and the Midlands, but throughout the UK, including several large organizations. We adopt a flexible, modern and environmentally friendly approach to all contracts, offering the highest standards of workmanship and management.

We are committed to having a safe workforce and are constantly updating our training to keep it in line with all current regulations.

All of our operatives hold valid cscs/cpcs cards as a minimum requirement and are also NRSWA Certified.

We have achieved Chas & Constructionline accreditation and are also registered with Safe Contractor.

Incorporated in 2009 as a limited company specialising in Groundworks and Civil Engineering Nottingham, we have a growing list of clients and are constantly seeking to build new relationships with any Construction, Highway Maintenance or Facilities Management companies.
